When London musicians Yiannis, Alex and James started The Tricks, they had one goal in mind: To create a band that mixes through songs like a DJ and deliver mind-blowing live experiences.

We are not your average function band. Our trademark, DJ-style medleys & mashups will create an incredible, high-energy atmosphere and deliver a night of non-stop music and dancing.

When it comes to repertoire, there are not many styles we don't play, and we're constantly updating our sets with the latest bangers. Whether it's Indie, 00's R&B, American punk, wedding classics or 80's bangers, we've got something for everyone.

We can provide all the music you'll need to make your day truly unforgettable. Browse our options below and customise a package to suit you.

Evening Party Set:
3-4 piece band, 2hr performance. Vocals/guitar, bass, drums, (keys).

PA & Lighting:
Pro PA speakers and stage/dance floor lighting.

Ceremony Set:
20-minute acoustic set while guests arrive. Plus a walk in/out song.

Drinks Reception Set:
1-hour acoustic set while you mingle with guests.

Party DJ:
DJ performing between and after band sets, or we can provide a Spotify playlist.

Mics For Speeches:
1-3 mics with stands and speakers, plus a playlist for the meal.

First Dance:
We'll perform your first dance and make it extra special*
